MB 1100 is an Olive colored rigid closed-cell polyurethane foam tooling and modeling board. MB 1100 is low density foam of approximately 10lbs/ft3 board. Easily cut using CNC machining equipment or by hand the MB 1100 is perfectly suited for temporary master models, architectural design models, foundry patterns as well as design verification and prototype tools.</p>

<p>BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics announces their newest tooling board for the composites industries. BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics have just developed their EB6200 a high-temperature epoxy tooling board. Built to the exacting standards of all BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics product line the new EB6200 high-temperature tooling board is ideal for those using prepreg in construction of tools for composite parts. After extensive testing the EB6200 has shown that e ven at the temperature range of 325oF the board shows little effects.</p>
<p>Available in 2, 4, 6”x 24”x60” dimensions the EB6200 has been developed to fit the need of those in the aerospace, motorsport and automotive industries. The material has excellent aspect and cutting performance and shaves and creates little dust to save on cutting tools and clean-up after cutting.</p>
<p>The EB6200 has a shore hardness of 72D and a density in the 47lb/ft3 it is becoming the favorite among epoxy board users. BCC Products, Inc/Blehm Plastics has been a leader in innovative and performance products for over a combined 80 years and the EB6200 is no exception.</p>
